Dr Shah is hands down amazing doctor and very down to earth. Very professional and knowledgeable listens to you. He's never in a rush and always answers your questions throughly. So happy to have him as my family doctor.

I would like to share my review of BearCreek Medical Clinic at 9073 King George Boulevard and give special mention to my family doctor “Doctor Shah’, and his receptionist Ms Raj.First off, I was surprised when I read some unflattering reviews of the receptionist because in the 2+ years I’ve been a patient there I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness, respect and dignity by everyone at the clinic.This clinic is extremely busy so please be patient because they can only be on the phone with one person at a time.Leave a message and they will call you back.Both my wife and I are patients here and we are extremely satisfied with the service we receive.Doctor Shah is kind, considerate and he takes the time to really listen to his patients.Raj at reception is equally kind and caring and goes out of her way to help everyone.For anyone new to the area who is in need of a family doctor, please call Bear Creek Medical Clinic, talk to Raj at reception and she will set you up with a time for a “meet and greet”. I’m assuming they are still taking new patients so my apologies if they are not.5 stars10/10A++++++++++++++++ Highly Recommended

I had a fantastic experience with the Bear Creek Medical Clinic.Dr. Shah is an exceptional physician who provides top-notch medical care with a compassionate and understanding approach.I highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor in Canada.Also, thoroughly impressed with MOA Ms. Raj and her professionalism and dedication to patient care. She is extremely knowledgeable about the clinic's procedures and services, and were able to answer all of my questions with ease. She went above and beyond to make sure that I received the care and attention I required.Overall a happy experience with my visit.

Worst clinic and Dr Samiraly moosa is the worst. I got my test results which I wanted to discuss with him as I was going through severe pain but as his receptionist won't answer calls neither will that dr call back. I ended up having surgery coz of his negligence as he didn't bother to discuss my test results. Avoid this clinic and this dr at any cost. This dr was my family dr and that was just a bad dream.

I helped a friend book an appointment through this clinic. The receptionist accepted the appointment and said she would be able to give her a referral. She (the doctor) then was rude to my friend on the phone and made her feel stupid for asking for a referral to help and said that she should have done something about this sooner and that she would not help. This is completely unethical and as someone who has addressed the similar through a walk-in, any proper doctor should be competent enough to help, and should not make someone already anxious about seeking care feel uncomfortable and hurt.unprofessional and rude

Dr. Sanders is an outstanding healthcare professional. His extensive knowledge, expertise, and dedication to his patients are evident in every interaction. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, showing genuine empathy and understanding. I never felt rushed or dismissed during our appointments, which created a comforting environment where I could openly discuss my health issues.Dr. Sunder, thank you for taking care of us

Dr. Gill and her MOA Shauna are the best people I've met. I am truly blessed to be her family patient. Always taking her time to genuinely listen and address the issues. Truly caring and empathetic physician. And booking has been always so easy through Shauna. Fantastic team!

My experience with this clinic was horrible. I would give 0 star. One of the receptionist I talked on the phone was unprofessional and rude. On the day I made an appointment on the phone I received an email asking me to contact clinic. So I contacted the clinic and the lady said I need to come to clinic and pay $120 for MSP. I was shocked and asked her why I have to pay it she said since we don't have your MSP you will need to pay it. " I told her that I have given all necessary information including MSP when I came to clinic in person and make an appointment. She then asked my name and said you don't have any appointment. What!! If I don't have an appointment why I received an email to contact the clinic? Why you asked me to come to clinic and pay $120 for MSP at the beginning? This is so disappointing. I told her I'm canceling my appointment. She doesn't listen carefully and hung up the phone before I finished talking. Very unprofessional receptionist! Don't waste your time and energy there."

I have got the best doctor, Dr. Devinder Sandhu but she has the worst MOAs, very rude and clueless about the job and most importantly not sensible to talk with patients. I miss Poonam, she was the best MOA she used to answer every call and she even used to callback the missed ones. None before her and nobody after her does that.No doubt the Dr Sandhu is best but she has the worst MOA. She missed about 9-10 calls from me and finally she answered and when I asked if I could get any phone call spot, she would not listen to you but she will have explanations and suggestions ready for you; she threw a suggestion on me that I should have booked it in advance if I knew that, she also mentioned that’s not her fault, in a VERY RUDE TONE.I WOULD REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT TO BRING SENSIBLE STAFF FOR BEST DOCTORS ATLEAST. Because of insensitivity in the tone of MOAs, the doctors sufferAfter 2-3 weeks today, I have had booked my son’s in person appointment and told the reason while booking. Appointment was booked in advance, about 3 days ago.An evening before my son’s in person appointment, the receptionist calls and asks if I can reschedule the appointment as the doctor won’t be able to come to the clinic due to bad weather condition. I UNDERSTAND THAT! I requested “humbly” if I could be switched to phone appointment for the same day I had my appointment and if I can get the in person appointment for next available date.She agrees!Next day, receptionist calls and asks what’s the reason for the appointment and she called when I was expecting the doctor’s phone call.I replied, I booked for regular checkup and she questioned over the phone?I mean what is the problem.Should I wait until Jan 5th to see the doctor or should I keep my Dec 23rd appointment for the questions I have regarding my 1 and half year old child.MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE THE MOA FOR MY DOCTOR. My doctor deserves the sensible MOA not these kinds of MOAs
